At Daniel Footwear Shop, we take pride in carefully preparing your orders. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Recommended for time-sensitive deliveries

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over £50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We serve customers globally, with the exception of some remote areas and specific Asian regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Daniel Footwear Shop purchase. Our returns and exchanges process reflects our commitment to quality service and attention to detail.

Key Return Information

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached
  • Packaging: Original packaging must be included and in good condition
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Cosmetic Cases (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Gloves (intimate apparel items)

Additionally, any items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging or tags cannot be returned.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at admin@flybootssale.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The items you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form we provide.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship your package to our address using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for the return until it reaches our facility.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or faulty products
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchange Information

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

International Returns

For our international customers (serving globally with some regional exceptions):

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred when returning items
  • We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce customs fees
  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer
