Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached
- Original packaging, including any shoe boxes, must be included and in good condition
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Cosmetic Cases (due to hygiene considerations)

Receive Return Authorization
Within 24-48 hours, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning your items. Please do not ship your return without this authorization.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form we provide.
Ship Your Return
Ship your package to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return until it reaches our facility.
